Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all paid plans sold by Myrmidon Studio for Replenly and Mythwrites, where payment is collected by us through Razorpay. Purchases made through an app store (Google Play, Apple App Store) or the Shopify App Store are refunded under that store's policy, and requests must be made through that store.
1. Cancellation
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings in the product, or by emailing support@myrmidon.in.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged again.
- Cancelling during a free trial stops the trial converting to a paid plan. Nothing is charged.
2. Refunds
- First payment, 7-day window. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment on a product and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals. Renewal charges are refundable if you request within 7 days of the charge and have not made substantial use of paid features in that period. Otherwise, renewals are not refunded; cancel before the renewal date to avoid a charge.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full.
- Service failure. If a paid feature is unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, we will refund or credit the affected period on request.
- We do not offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after the 7-day window.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@myrmidon.in from the address on your account with the product name and the transaction reference from your payment receipt. We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Digital products
All our products are delivered digitally. There is nothing to return and no return shipping. See our Shipping Policy.
