Shipping Policy
1. Digital delivery
Replenly and Mythwrites are software services. When you purchase a plan, access to the paid features is enabled on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed by Razorpay or the relevant app store. No physical item is dispatched and no shipping charges apply.
2. Delivery confirmation
You will receive a payment receipt by email, and the upgraded plan will be visible in your account settings within the product. If access has not been enabled within 1 hour of a successful payment, email support@myrmidon.in with your transaction reference and we will resolve it.
3. Availability
Our services are accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, subject to any restrictions imposed by app stores or applicable law in your country.
