Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the website myrmidon.in and the software products operated by Myrmidon Studio, a sole proprietorship of Vishal Kundar, registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("Myrmidon Studio", "we", "us"). The products are Replenly and Mythwrites (the "Services"). By creating an account or using a Service you agree to these Terms. Individual products may publish additional product-specific terms; where they conflict, the product-specific terms apply to that product.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. The Services
The Services are software delivered online or through mobile app stores. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid feature.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
- Prices for each product are published on that product's website and summarised on our Pricing page. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing period (monthly unless stated). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay or the relevant app store. By paying you also accept the processor's terms.
- Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled before then.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use a Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights;
- reverse engineer, scrape, resell or sublicense a Service except as permitted by law;
- upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the Service's operation;
- upload content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise objectionable.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload and for keeping your own backups.
6. Our intellectual property
The Services, their software, design, trademarks and documentation belong to Myrmidon Studio or its licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
7. Third-party services
Some products connect to third-party platforms (for example Shopify). Those platforms have their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct.
8. AI-generated output
Some Services use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, forecasts or text. Output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myrmidon Studio's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profit.
11. Termination
You may stop using a Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first; write to us at the address below.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
